Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the EMEA portfolio through lease analytics, execution, and foundational real estate knowledge. The role blends data-driven recommendations with collaboration across the global real estate team in a hybrid setting with an office in Katowice or Warsaw.

You will track lease extensions, gather inputs, prepare budgets, and develop business cases in partnership with Finance, with occasional travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in real estate, business management, or analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or lease transactions in two European markets.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AutoCAD or real estate databases is useful.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%, and fluency in English plus another language.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage lease extensions, renewals, termination options and 9–12 months ahead.
• Communicate with internal customers on upcoming lease actions and inputs.
• Gather requirements on location, size, layout and space functionality for leases.
• Develop analyses for lease options including rental costs and operating expenses.
• Prepare business case summaries with financial and non-financial considerations.
• Coordinate with third-party real estate agencies and site visits.
• Support budgeting with capital expense and lease rate estimates.
