Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland, seeks an experienced Electrical Hardware Engineer with electronics design experience to join our continuation engineering team on a hybrid schedule.

You will develop hardware and technology for servo motion control products, contribute across lifecycle stages, and collaborate with mechanical, embedded hardware, and software teams to sustain roadmaps, in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of embedded system design and power electronics experience.
• Strong hardware development, circuit simulation and debugging skills.
• English: B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware and technology for servo motion control products.
• Contribute to requirements, development, verification, certification and release to production.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to sustain product roadmaps.
• Join a dynamic team, growing technical and leadership skills.
