Job summary

Arrive is seeking a collaborative Operations professional to deliver top-tier support for partners and to implement core software solutions across our SaaS platform. You will work closely with Account Management, Operations, Marketing and R&D to ensure high-quality configurations and releases.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and meticulous attention to data quality within our CRM system. Fluency in Polish and English is required; Romanian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Collaborative, organized, and analytical professional.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages.
• Experience in Customer Success or Technical Support for business customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier operational support for partners and customers.
• Implement core products and services per customer specs.
• Configure, release, and maintain software solutions.
• Perform QA and testing for products and services.
• Order and roll out signage and promotional materials.
• Collaborate across teams with Account Management, Operations, Marketing and R&D.
• Manage orders and inquiries in the CRM with high data quality.
