Job summary

Archdesk is looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our Kraków team. You will own customer configurations from day one, tailoring the platform to how they operate while ensuring a smooth adoption and real value delivery.

You’ll run training sessions, analyze data quality, and manage end-to-end implementation, communicating clearly with customers and coordinating with Product and Engineering as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SaaS implementations for customers.
• Ability to analyze data quality and ensure clean datasets.
• Experience running customer trainings on custom setups.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and self-organization in hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Configure the software and ensure successful landings.
• Analyze customer data quality and readiness.
• Lead training sessions on custom configurations.
• Help customers realize platform value and outcomes.
• Handle technical and non-technical queries.
• Monitor accounts to anticipate satisfaction risks.
• Manage implementation end-to-end.
• Provide customer requirements feedback to Product/Engineering.
• Assist with internal process improvements with Implementation Team.
