As ProcureDesk scales, onboarding and implementation become a critical part of customer success. We are looking for an Onboarding & Implementation Specialist who can lead customers from post-sale hand-off to successful go-live with clarity, ownership, and precision.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in ERP and accounting integrations to design, build, and own integrations for a B2B SaaS platform. This role requires strong backend engineering skills, deep understanding of accounting and Procure-to-Pay workflows, and proven experience integrating with major ERP/accounting systems.

Hands‑on ERP integration experience and proficiency with AI development tools are critical requirements for this position.

Domain Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and accounting workflows, including:
• Purchase Requests | Approvals | Purchase Orders | Receiving | Accounts Payable | Invoices |Expenses | Vendors | Chart of Accounts | GL Coding | Taxes | Payments | BudgetingExperience with Procurement, AP Automation, ERP, Accounting, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products isstrongly preferred.
