Job summary

Vector is seeking a hands-on Customer Success/Deployment Specialist to own the day-to-day deliverables of software deployments for key facility accounts. You will train users, manage change, and act as the field advocate to improve outcomes with Vector.

You’ll travel up to 50% to customer sites, run operational meetings, provide status updates, and grow long-term relationships with stakeholders across levels. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying SaaS/enterprise software on key accounts or initiatives.
• Ability to run operational efforts and tactical meetings with minimal oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in Operational Engagement and day-to-day management on key facility accounts.
• Provide end user support, training, and change management on software app deployments.
• Provide an in-person Vector presence for go-lives and ongoing support as part of a Customer Success strategy.
• Provide updates and status reports, both internally and to customers, for real-time visibility and decision-making.
• Provide play-by-play updates from the field to teams, triaging issues as they arise.
• Become Vector’s internal subject matter expert on customers' operational needs.
