Job summary

Vector is seeking a Solutions Engineer to digitize client workflows inside the mobile app, collaborating with Deployment Managers, Customer Success, and Software Engineers. You will drive technical integration and ensure a smooth customer deployment, from training to go-live, while delivering a superior client experience.

You will engage with customers to understand goals, build automated workflows, and coordinate with internal teams to map requirements to Vector capabilities and roadmap

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, web development, or technical implementation.
• Experience with SaaS deployments and basic programming (SQL, JavaScript).
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and success criteria for each project.
• Build workflows and automate tasks using scripts, JSON, and internal tools.
• Configure Vector deployments to meet business and technical needs.
• Resolve deployment or integration issues quickly using cross-team resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success on plans.
• Capture feedback to inform product roadmap.
