Job summary

Helprise is seeking a customer service specialist to support the Source to Pay process and assist global suppliers. You will be the main contact for external suppliers and handle inquiries via phone, Teams, or email.

Qualifications

• German C1 and English B2 proficiency.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a contact center.
• Completed higher education.
• Strong focus on high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Any additional European language (Italian) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process, from order creation to payment.
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Processing requests in ServiceNow.
• Processing incoming queries from BI employees as well as suppliers globally.
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams.

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process, from order creation to payment

• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams, or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams

• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a contact center.
• Completed higher education
• Focus on high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Any additional European language (especially Italian) would be a great advantage
