Helprise is hiring a Senior Sales Process Transformation & Project Manager to lead the transition of Sales Administration into the Shared Service Center in Poland, shaping scalable operating models and governance for globally aligned support. You’ll drive harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement across international units.

The role requires 5+ years in sales ops/administration and hands-on ERP/CRM expertise, with a pragmatic, stakeholder-focused approach. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Commercial Excellence, or BPM.
• Experience leading international process transformation and transition projects in Shared Services/GBS.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash, CRM, pricing, and customer master data.
• Experience designing target operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition and integration of Sales Administration processes from international entities into the SSC.
• Design and implement standardized global processes, operating models, governance structures, and RACI frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance management frameworks to drive operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process harmonization, automation, and digitalization.
• Manage international transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure end-to-end process delivery.

The Senior Sales Process Transformation & Project Manager is responsible for leading the transition, standardization, and continuous improvement of Sales Administration processes into the Shared Service Center in Poland. This role drives the design of scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards to ensure efficient and consistent sales support across international business units. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role leads transformation initiatives, manages process migrations, and enables operational excellence through harmonization, digitalization, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in building a future-ready SSC capable of supporting global business growth

YOU WILL

• Lead the transition and integration of Sales Administration processes from international entities into the Shared Service Center.
• Design and implement standardized global processes, operating models, governance structures, and RACI frameworks.

YOU NEED

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, Commercial Excellence, or Business Process Management.
• Proven experience leading international process transformation and transition projects within Shared Services, GBS, or similar environments.
• Strong expertise in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash processes, CRM, pricing, and customer master data.
• Experience designing target operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA), Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and process documentation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and change management skills with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.
