Job summary

Helprise is seeking a motivated specialist to support Source to Pay processes and engage with global users and suppliers. You will handle invoices, purchase orders, and provide training on the SAP Ariba tool. The role involves 1st level supplier contact, handling ServiceNow requests, and improving process efficiency.

Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required, with at least two years in customer service. Hybrid work options and a development-friendly environment are offered.

Qualifications

• German at least C1 and English at least B2.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or contact center.
• Completed higher education.
• Focus on high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Additional European language (Italian) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Source-to-Pay from order creation to payment.
• Answer queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Provide training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Be the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Process requests in ServiceNow.
• Process queries from BI employees and suppliers globally.
• Analyze system mistakes and report them to admin teams.
