Job summary

Helprise is seeking a Procurement Processing Specialist with German to join our global procurement team in Poland. You will process indirect and direct purchase orders, perform quality checks, support Stakeholders, and handle reporting tasks.

The role offers flexible hours and the option of remote or hybrid work depending on the role and preferences. A strong customer orientation and SAP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• German fluency (min. B2) and English at B1/B2.
• At least 1 year of experience in Procurement or Sourcing (nice to have).
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong customer orientation, including in challenging situations and interactions with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with SAP systems (weBuy, SAP ERP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process and create Indirect Purchase Requisitions for internal employees across various departments and countries, following defined standards and compliance requirements.
• Create Direct Purchase Orders for external suppliers (goods and services).
• Perform quality checks on procurement requirements and documentation.
• Support internal stakeholders in the creation of Purchase Requisitions.
• Respond to inquiries related to Procurement processes.
• Support tasks connected to Plant Maintenance, including creation and updates of Purchase Info Records.
• Handle stakeholder requests related to reporting and training.
