Job summary

Randstad Polska seeks a Global S2P First Level Support specialist in Wrocław to support the Source to Pay process end-to-end, assist global users and vendors, and drive process improvements within a new GBS center.

You will train on SAP Ariba, handle inquiries via multiple channels, and serve as the main contact for suppliers, while collaborating with admin teams to resolve system issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in customer service.
• Fluency in German and good communication in English.
• Experience with SAP systems (SAP ERP or SAP Ariba).
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Willingness to join in Nov/Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process from order creation to payment.
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Processing requests in ServiceNow.
• Processing incoming queries from employees and suppliers globally via phone, MS Teams or e-mail.
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to admin teams.
