Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is hiring a fixed-term S2P Direct Specialist in Poland to support Source to Pay processes across Europe. You will assist with invoices, purchase orders, and user queries, and you will train colleagues on SAP Ariba.

The role also includes acting as the main contact for external suppliers and handling requests via ServiceNow, MS Teams, and email. Prior S2P exposure and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (min. B2) and English (min. B2) with at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or contact center.
• Higher education completed.
• Aim for high-quality customer service, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide S2P support from order creation to payment for global users and vendors.
• Answer queries related to invoices and purchase orders from the global user community.
• Train users on the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Serve as the main 1st level contact for external suppliers.
• Process requests in ServiceNow and handle inquiries from BI employees and suppliers worldwide.
• Analyze system mistakes and report them to admin teams.

S2P Direct Specialist with German (fixed-term contract for 12 months)

The position

Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for supporting the global users and vendors, but also taking part in process optimization and development of further innovative processes within the new GBS Center? Help us build S2P (Source to Pay) First Level Support team for European markets.

This is a fixed-term position for a period of 12 months.

Tasks & responsibilities

As an S2P Direct Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process starting from order creation to the payment
• Assisting & answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams
