Job summary

Helprise is seeking a motivated specialist to support Source to Pay processes and engage with global users and suppliers. You will handle invoices, purchase orders, and provide training on the SAP Ariba tool. The role involves 1st level supplier contact, handling ServiceNow requests, and improving process efficiency.

Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) are required, with at least two years in customer service. Hybrid work options and a development-friendly environment are offered.

• Completed higher education.
• Focus on high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Additional European language (Italian) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Source-to-Pay from order creation to payment.

• Be the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.

YOU WILL

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process, from order creation to payment
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
• Processing requests in ServiceNow
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams, or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a contact center.
• Completed higher education
• Focus on high-quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Any additional European language (especially Italian) would be a great advantage
