Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. invites you to join a Global Business Services Center in Wrocław as a Source to Pay First Level Support specialist. You will support the S2P process, assist global users and vendors, and help optimize processes.

The role requires German (min. B2) and English (min. B1/B2), completed higher education, SAP and ServiceNow familiarity, and the willingness to join in November or December 2026. Hybrid work and training are provided.

Qualifications

Fluency in German (min. B2) for daily communication
Good command of English (min. B1/B2) for internal collaboration
Completed higher education
Experience with SAP systems (ERP or Ariba preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow would be a great advantage
Any additional European language (Italian) would be a great advantage
Availability to join in November or December 2026

Responsibilities

Providing support for the Source to Pay process from order creation to payment
Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders
Providing training on using the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba)
Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support
Processing requests in ServiceNow
Handling queries via phone, MS Teams or e-mail from employees and suppliers globally
Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to admin teams
