Job summary

Helprise is looking for a Client Center Specialist to support the Source to Pay process for global users and suppliers. You will handle invoices, purchase orders, and help optimize processes within the new Client's Center.

Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required with at least two years of customer service experience. We offer hybrid work, flexible cooperation (employment or B2B), and a development budget for growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a contact center.
• Strong focus on high-quality customer service.
• Any additional European language (Italian) would be a great advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing support for the Source to Pay process, from order creation to payment.
• Assisting and answering queries from the global user community related to invoices and purchase orders.
• Providing training on how to use the WeBuy Purchasing Tool (SAP Ariba).
• Being the main contact for external suppliers - 1st level support.
• Processing requests in ServiceNow.
• Processing incoming queries (via phone call, MS Teams, or e-mail) from BI employees as well as suppliers globally.
• Analyzing system mistakes and reporting them to the admin teams.
