Job summary

Infosys Poland in Lodz is seeking a S&P Senior Process Executive with French to support indirect and direct procurement activities. The role requires handling PR to PO, PO management, supplier follow-up, and invoice resolution within established SLAs.

You will work with ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA, using Excel daily, and collaborate with business users and suppliers. Fluency in French and English (C1) is essential, with hybrid work arranged (2 days in office per week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sourcing & Procurement operations.
• Practical experience in PR to PO processing.
• Expediting and supplier follow-up.
• Blocked invoice resolution.
• Purchase Order management.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage indirect and direct Purchase Requisitions in accordance with established procedures and service levels.
• Create Purchase Orders for direct/indirect out of approved PR: validate source of supply, pricing conditions, confirm lead times with supplier.
• Manage order confirmation and actively follow up with suppliers for missing OC.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on blocked invoices in collaboration with suppliers, business stakeholders, and finance teams.
• Proactively identify and escalation potential procurement or supply risks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for business users & suppliers regarding order status, delivery commitments, invoice issues, and procurement queries.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with business users & suppliers.
