Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive requirements for automation initiatives, including RPA, low‑code and intelligent document processing.

You will partner with product owners, developers, and clients in an agile environment to deliver value in the insurance broking domain. Responsibilities include governance of analysis, requirements gathering, user story development, process improvement, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree as required.
• 5–10 years in an agile BA role, preferably in insurance broking.
• Experience capturing and translating complex requirements into user stories and technical specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance: lead a team of BAs to ensure consistent analysis and documentation.
• Gather and prioritize business and functional requirements for automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, clients and developers in agile ceremonies.
• Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
• Analyze current processes and propose improvements via low-code automation.
• Engage stakeholders and provide progress updates; manage scope changes.
• Create and maintain project documentation, manuals, and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes and BA function.
