Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and documentation for automation initiatives, including RPA and intelligent document processing. You will lead an analytics team and collaborate with product owners, developers, and other partners in an agile setting.

The role emphasizes creating clear user stories, prioritizing requirements, and enabling continuous improvement across projects while supporting hybrid and remote work options.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment, preferably with experience in the insurance broking industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance broking and related processes.
• Proven ability to capture and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Oversees and leads a team of business analysts to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of analysis and documentation across projects.
• Establishes, communicates, and enforces guidelines, principles, and standards for business analysis practices, mentorship and oversight so that all analysts adhere to common methods and deliver repeatable, reliable outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners, including product owners, clients, and development teams, to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for automation initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and user stories. Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Write clear, concise, and testable user stories as well as acceptance criteria that align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Analyze current business processes, identify problems, and propose improvements that can be achieved through low-code solutions. Assist in the development and optimization of business workflows.
• Engage with internal and external collaborators to gather insights, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment on project goals. Provide periodic updates on project progress and any changes in scope.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the agile development process and the efficiency of the business analysis function within the organization.
