Job summary

Habys is expanding its cross-border e-commerce team and seeks a Romanian Market Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and support the Romanian online store.

You will collaborate with central e-commerce and IT teams, translate content, update products and promotions, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service. Fluency in Romanian and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or managing an online store.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent, responsible with strong operational skills.
• Ability to work with digital tools and collaborate with teams.
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus; basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Experience with CMS, PIM, ERP or other e-commerce systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Romanian version of the store.
• Add/update products, descriptions and photos.
• Update prices, collections, banners, and promotions.
• Monitor store functionality and product offers.
• Identify and report errors and issues.
• Collaborate with central e-commerce and IT teams.
• Provide ongoing operational support for sales growth in Romania.
• Translate and localize content into Romanian.
