CHEP UK Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Romanian speaking) to manage customer inquiries, onboard new clients, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role focuses on maintaining data integrity and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Romanian, with a background in Customer Service or FMCG and the ability to work in a hybrid Warsaw environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree required.
• Fluency in English and Romanian; additional CE languages a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or FMCG and direct customer liaison.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and requests within SLAs.
• On-board new customers and provide training in myCHEP system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service requests in systems and support reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and drive customer retention through proactive issue resolution.
