Techtronic Industries Eastern Europe Sp. z o.o. is seeking a technical support specialist to assist service partners and end customers in Romania. You will diagnose issues, validate warranty claims, and collaborate with R&D, Quality and Logistics to implement improvements.

The role requires Romanian and English, MS Office/CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel for short trips. It offers a hybrid work model and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 1–2 years experience in automotive, machinery or related industries (service/technical advisory/customer support).
• Read and interpret technical docs/diagrams (mechanical/electrical).
• Strong MS Office/CRM usage and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication with collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to service partners and end customers in the Romanian market via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues; validate service claims and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Deliver basic technical trainings for service partners and participate in audits and service visits.
• Analyze after-sales data and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
