Job summary

Red Sky is seeking a Robotic Engineer to co-build a startup focused on cutting-edge automation using physical AI and robotics. This hands-on role will design, source, and adapt hardware, bridging robotics engineering with commercial viability in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Lead Physical AI/Machine Learning Engineer to integrate intelligent software with hardware, shaping the product from the ground up and establishing robust hardware‑software workflows and safety

Qualifications

5+ years in robotics or automation environments at senior levels.
3+ years hands-on hardware design, prototyping, sourcing, and integration.
Strong background in scalable physical automation platforms and architecture.
Entrepreneurial mindset for early-stage execution and rapid prototyping.
Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
University degree in automation, robotics, or mechatronics.

Responsibilities

Architect and build robotics automation solutions; integrate Physical AI with hardware.
Define tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and scalable product roadmap.
Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to align hardware with intelligent software.
Develop hardware‑software co‑development workflows and CI/CD for robotics.
Translate customer needs into robust technical requirements.
