Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to drive revenue growth across our shopping centre portfolio in Warsaw. You will lease kiosks, pop-up stores, and other common area spaces, building strong relationships with tenants and partners while managing the full sales cycle.

The role combines sales, business development and commercial strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, supported by a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, leasing, partnerships or another commercial role.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and negotiate.

Responsabilités

• Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through leasing of kiosks, pop-up stores, and other common area spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, retailers and partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting and account management.
