Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Warsaw seeks a Specialty Leasing Manager (Kiosks & Common Areas) to drive revenue through strategic leasing of kiosks, pop-ups, and common areas. You will build strong relationships with tenants, brands and partners, manage the full sales cycle, and identify new opportunities in a dynamic retail portfolio.

The role requires a university degree and at least 2 years in sales, leasing, or business development, with fluency in Polish and English.

• Strong ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Analytical mindset with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maximize revenue through leasing kiosks, pop-up stores, and common area spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, retailers, brands, and partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract and account management.
• Monitor market trends and emerging retail concepts to create opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements aligned with centre strategy.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and business plans with CAPEX/OPEX oversight.
• Deliver financial reporting and collaborate with Leasing, Centre Management and Marketing.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and industry outreach.
• Evaluate and introduce innovative concepts to enhance customer experience and performance.
