Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Warsaw is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager (Kiosks & Common Areas) to drive revenue across our shopping centre portfolio through leasing kiosks, pop-up stores and other common area opportunities.

You will build relationships with tenants and brands, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contracts, and collaborate with Leasing, Centre Management and Marketing to maximise income.

Qualificações

• University degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, leasing or related commercial roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-driven with ownership of outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maximize revenue opportunities by leasing kiosks and common area spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brands and partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities through market trends and retail concepts.
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements aligned with centre strategy.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and business plans, including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Deliver financial reporting and collaborate with Leasing, Centre Management and Marketing.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and networking.
• Continuously evaluate innovative concepts to improve customer experience and performance.
