Nord Security is seeking a Retail Account Manager to grow relationships with consumer electronics retail partners and to drive both physical and SaaS product sales. You will shape pricing, lead marketing initiatives, and build long-term partnership strategies to expand market presence.

In this role you will analyze channel performance, forecast sales, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful launches, promotions, and in-store as well as online execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with physical and digital products (retail / channel / account management).
• Experience in pricing, marketing, and customer management.
• Ability to build partnership strategies and nurture long-term relationships.
• Analytical mindset: able to analyze sales data, forecast, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with consumer electronics retail partners
• Build and execute partnership strategies and joint business growth plans
• Contribute to pricing, promotions, and commercial offers for partners
• Analyze channel performance, forecast sales, and report on KPIs to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and in-store/online execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within consumer electronics and digital distribution
• Manage the customer portfolio: planning, invoicing, forecasting, and risk management.
