Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a strategic Product Manager for NordPass to bridge product growth metrics, compliance, and cutting-edge tech. You will lead a cross-functional team to define discovery, validation, and a roadmap that delivers measurable value across consumer and business segments.

You will partner with research, sales, marketing, legal, security, and analytics to ship high-impact features while embedding SSDLC and shaping the future of secure authentication and CLI integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS.
• Comfort with analytics and growth metrics; you know activation funnels and cohort analysis.
• Technical fluency; you can discuss APIs, CLIs, or AI authentication protocols with engineers.
• Generalist mindset; you thrive in ambiguity and context-switching energizes you.
• Exceptional communication skills; you translate between business, legal, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully cross-functional, autonomous NordPass product team.
• Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value.
• Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (activation, adoption, retention) to guide decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes.
• Operate as a triad with Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near-term ROI with long-term bets.
• Champion SSDLC practices throughout delivery.
