Job summary

HAVI Global Business Services in Kraków is seeking a Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasts and coordinate with customers on incidents. You will react to requests, adjust safety stocks, and steer DP processes to optimize costs within a fast-moving consumer goods context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand and supply planning within FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills; Access is a plus.
• English proficiency: minimum B2.
• Power BI or similar BI tool experience is a plus.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and systematic work style.
• Proactive learner, eager to expand knowledge.
• Knowledge of DP best practices and forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate demand forecast based on historical data using planning system.
• Reacts to customer requests and analyzes restaurant situations (special deliveries, claims, transfers).
• Identifies items and adjusts safety stocks at market and store level.
• Steers demand and supply planning under cost optimization.
• Monitors forecast quality and supplied quantities at item level.
• Uses analytics to detect improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with customers to resolve incidences and evaluates service performance via KPI.
