Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply planning and scheduling.
• At least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with good cultural awareness.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with advanced planning tools.
• Very good written and verbal English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Create the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results.
• Coordinate with Operating Company stakeholders as the main contact for all Supply planning questions.
• Track local product availability and inventory levels vs targets.
• Contribute to S&OP meetings with analytics, scenarios and risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe.
• Support continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function.
