Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is seeking a People Reporting and Analytics Specialist to manage HR data, build dashboards and deliver insights to support decision-making. You will ensure data accuracy, design reporting tools, and drive data quality across HR processes.

You will collaborate with People Function teams and business leaders, leveraging tools like Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow to deliver impactful analytics and SOPs, while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR reporting or analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, analytics or related field.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards including HR technologies (Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent English; other regional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights, KPI reports and dashboards for the People Function.
• Design, build and maintain People Function reporting tools.
• Monitor and validate data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
• Maintain HR data standards and documentation.
• Develop and share HBS performance dashboards.
• Use analytics tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with People Function teams, HBS teams and business leaders on reporting needs.
• Support stakeholders in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address data issues and close gaps.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management by maintaining SOPs and documentation.
• Identify recurring data issues and propose improvements.
• Leverage HR technologies to automate reporting and reduce manual work.

The People Reporting andAnalytics Specialist is responsible for managing and analysing HR data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. The position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, creating reports and dashboards, and monitoring data quality to drive continuous improvement in people-related processes.

Your responsibilities would include:

• providing insights, KPI reports and dashboards for the People Function

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR reporting, people analytics or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, analytics or a related field
• proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards and in HR technologies (e.g. Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• strong understanding of HR processes and metrics
• proficiency with MS Office suite or related software and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
• excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• excellent English (any other regional language is a plus).

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• experience in shared services or multinational environments
• experience developing dashboards, metrics or analytics products in a shared services model.
