Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) seeks a Senior People Reporting and Analytics Specialist to manage HR data, create insights and dashboards to support strategic decisions. You will ensure data accuracy, maintain HR data standards, and collaborate with People Function teams and business leaders to drive reporting improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, people analytics or related roles.
• Experience developing complex reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with HR technologies and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Providing insights, KPI reports and dashboards for the People Function.
• Designing, building and maintaining People Function reporting tools.
• Monitoring and validating data quality and resolving inconsistencies.
• Maintaining HR data standards and documentation.
• Developing and sharing HBS performance dashboards.
• Using analytics tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partnering with People Function teams, HBS teams and business leaders on reporting needs.
• Supporting stakeholders in using analytics tools and interpreting data.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to address data issues and close gaps.
• Contributing to Knowledge Management by maintaining SOPs and documentation.
• Identifying recurring data issues and proposing improvements.
• Leveraging HR technologies to automate reporting and reduce manual work.

The Senior People Reporting andAnalytics Specialist is responsible for managing and analysing HR data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. The position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, creating reports and dashboards, and monitoring data quality to drive continuous improvement in people-related processes.

Your responsibilities would include:

providing insights, KPI reports and dashboards for the People Function

designing, building and maintaining People Function reporting tools

You are a good candidate if you have:

more than 3 years of experience in HR reporting, people analytics or related roles. Including developing complex reports and dashboards, enabling key people related process metrics’ visualisation and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, analytics or a related field

proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting dashboards and in HR technologies (e.g. Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)

strong understanding of HR processes and metrics

proficiency with MS Office suite or related software and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)

excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

high attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• excellent English (any other regional language is a plus).

You are a perfect match if you also have:

experience in shared services or multinational environments

experience developing dashboards, metrics or analytics products in a shared services model.
