Be | Shaping the Future Poland is hiring a Reporting Specialist in Warsaw, Poland. The role supports foreign entities in Germany, Luxembourg, and Czechia, handling financial control, invoicing, budgets, and supplier payments.

The position starts onsite for the first three months, then shifts to a hybrid model with two days in the office and three days remote. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of finance experience, fluent English and Polish, and strong Excel skills, with excellent organizational

Responsibilities

• Perform financial control of sales and cost reports.
• Manage offers and orders.
• Issue project invoices and monitor budgets vs consultants' effort.
• Oversee credit management and incoming payments with internal alignment.
• Process incoming invoices and payment settlements.
• Prepare travel expense reports and support controlling processes for DACH entities.
• Collaborate with external accounting office and HR & Administration.

Reporting Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Model

• Onsite work during the first 3 months to support onboarding and knowledge transfer
• From the 4th month onwards: hybrid model (2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote)

Due to the growth of our teams we are hiring a Reporting Specialist to support our foreign entities located in Germany, Luxembourg and Czechia with below tasks:

• Financial control of sales and cost reports
• Management of offers and orders
• Issuing project invoices
• Regular review of budgets versus consultants' recorded effort
• Credit management, monitoring incoming payments, and regular internal alignment
• Registration of incoming invoices in the designated system and processing them for payment
• Settlement of business trips and preparation of travel expense reports
• Preparation and support of the controlling processes for DACH region entities
• Cooperation with an external accounting office
• Close cooperation with Managers and the HR & Administration team

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or relevant professional experience (minimum 2–3 years)
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Nice to Have

• Practical experience using AI assistants (e.g., Claude) for document drafting, data analysis, and process automation
