Job summary

Pocketsquare sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join their finance team.

The role focuses on preparing statutory and management reports, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely disclosures. You will collaborate with accounting, controlling and cross-functional teams, support internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvements. Candidates should have 2+ years in financial reporting and strong Excel, SAP/ERP experience, plus fluent

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, controlling or audit.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SQL or VBA is a strong advantage.
• Good command of English (B2/C1), written and spoken.
• Knowledge of IFRS or HGB is a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Foreign languages.

• Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
