Job summary

HeadHR is seeking an IT project professional to join our consulting team in Poland. You will participate in projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies, performing business analysis and defining functional requirements.

You will test solutions, support UAT, and collaborate daily with developers and IT architects as an active Agile team member in an international environment. Fluency in English and strong German skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or IT is required.
• Excellent English at C1 level and very good German at B2/C1 level.
• Experience in IT projects for financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work full time in Poland and the European Union.

Key requirements:

• Initial experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT or a similar field.
• Excellent English skills at a minimum C1 level.
• Very good German skills at a minimum B2/C1 level.
• Understanding of Agile ways of working and strong analytical reasoning.
• Ability to work full time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of insurance processes and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in fintech, consulting, implementation or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, LeSS, Nexus or SAFe.
• Fluency in French and willingness to travel to clients abroad up to 50% of working time.
