Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o in Poland is seeking a skilled Repair Quality Engineer to own and manage quality across Repair Operations, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the process.

You will report to the Make/Deliver Quality Manager and collaborate with global quality teams, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Service to drive 8D-based issue resolution, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement for LMR and Video product lines, with 10–25% travel.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with 8D problem-solving and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Initiate detailed quality plans to define goals addressing customer expectations and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional activities to address qualification and quality events using 8D methodology.
• Resolve complex multi-disciplinary problems and customer complaints using JIRA and 8D.
• Champion design/manufacturing improvements based on return data to reduce customer bounce.
• Develop and report product quality KPIs aligned with goals.
• Present quality performance results to senior leadership.
• Manage quality across EMEA repair centers by monitoring KPIs and initiating corrective actions.
