Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the warranty process, manage customer and supplier claims, and coordinate investigations and 8D problem-solving activities across projects.

You will act as the primary contact for major quality issues and customer escalations, monitor quality performance, collaborate with Project Execution, Service, Sales, Procurement and factories, and develop standards and the quality strategy for the Eastern Europe Cluster.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or warranty management.
  • Technical, engineering, or project management background.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Available for occasional business travel.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, warranty management, claims handling, or a related field. Technical, engineering, or project management background. Fluent English and Polish. Experience in process development and continuous improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and customer-facing situations. Experience in a technical, industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environment. Knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., RCA, 8D) and CRM systems will be an advantage. Available for occasional business travel. Did we spark your interest?
