Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Engineer to join a multi-disciplined project team in Poland. You will design and deliver complex mission-critical voice and data systems, working post-sales with potential pre-sales support.

The role requires hands-on installation, testing, and commissioning of MSI and third-party solutions, plus travel up to 80%. You will lead FAT activities, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure deliverables meet Motorola Solutions standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional engineering experience in Telecommunication Systems, IP Transport Network, IT, Field Service or Technical Support.
CCNA or JNCIA certification or higher.
Good knowledge of Unix/Windows and virtualization technologies.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver complex mission-critical voice and data systems for customers.
Lead or participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Install, integrate, test, and commission MSI and third-party solutions.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during projects.
Perform on-site Acceptance Tests and coordinate testing with stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and change management.
Coordinate with customers, partners and subcontractors on deployment and best practices.
