The primary responsibility of the Repair Quality Engineer is to own and manage various aspects of quality, effectively and efficiently for Motorola Solution’s Repair Operations. Using proven methodologies, the Repair Quality Engineer will, as a subject matter expert during the repair process ensuring quality throughout the process and ultimately are the voice and advocate of our customers. Reporting to the Make/Deliver Quality Manager, the Repair Quality Engineer will work very closely with global quality teams from various plants nationally and internationally. This role will also work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Support, Service and Order Management teams during day to day operations. The Repair Quality Engineer will be improving our overall quality performance of the Repair Centers in Germany and Poland for our LMR and Video product Line.
