Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Customer Success Representative in Poland to manage renewal of customer maintenance contracts and protect revenue. You will provide quotes, respond to pricing inquiries, and upsell premium services while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates will speak English and German (B2+), have at least two years of software sales experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience in software or related industry.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect revenue.
• Provide accurate proposals and quotes; respond to pricing inquiries.
• Handle inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling and reinstatement
• Collaborate positively with customers, partners and internal teams
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM
• Achieve sales targets with focus on customer retention and revenue growth
