Job summary

Netwrix in Kraków is looking for an experienced Renewals Manager to lead renewal processes for existing contracts, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to maximize revenue retention and drive incremental revenue.

This hybrid role requires strong negotiation skills, a proven renewal targets track record, and proficiency with Salesforce. Occasional visits to the Kraków office are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' renewal execution and negotiation experience.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiar with Salesforce and opportunity data management.

Responsibilities

• Apply renewal processes to close renewals timely.
• Negotiate terms and render renewal contracts with customers.
• Forecast renewals accurately to support target attainment.
• Drive retention and automate the customer journey.
• Identify up/cross-sell opportunities with the Customer Experience team.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve renewal processes.
• Utilize negotiation methods that benefit both Netwrix and customers.
