Job summary

Veeam Software in Poland is seeking a Customer Success Renewals Representative to manage renewal of maintenance contracts and drive revenue by upselling premium services. You will provide quotes directly to customers and channel partners, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction across your territory.

The role requires fluency in English and German, at least two years in software sales, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of software sales experience.
• Fluent in English and German (B2+).
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of communications in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Renew contracts in assigned territory to protect revenue.
• Monitor expiring agreements and act to retain customers.
• Provide accurate proposals and quotes per customer agreements.
• Handle inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling and reinstatement.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Record all activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets with focus on retention and revenue growth.
