Kainos is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to join our global delivery teams. You will implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions, focusing on Absence and Time Tracking, building strong relationships with customers and delivering solutions that meet business needs.

The role emphasizes customer focus, remote collaboration, and the ability to work in a consulting environment, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Workday Absence Certification with 3+ years experience in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of Workday products, HCM or related capability.
• Excellent customer focus with experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to engage remotely with credibility and empathy.
• Willingness to work in remote teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
• Build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering commercially viable solutions.
• Provide excellent guidance, understand customer business needs.
