Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday Accounting Lead in Poland to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, typically leading a project workstream.

You will build relationships with our customers, shaping and delivering solutions aligned to their needs, providing guidance, and supporting more junior team members. Travel to customer sites within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have Financial Accounting certification.
• Solid Workday (HCM/Payroll/Financials) knowledge and experience.
• Strong customer orientation with advisory skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate credibly.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for enterprises.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through transformation.
• Deliver Workday reports and analytical tools aligned to requirements.
• Support junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
• Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.
