Remote Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

Job summary

Kainos in Poland seeks a Workday AMS Adaptive Planning Consultant to join a delivery team to transform budgeting, revenue, personnel and KPI planning using the Adaptive Planning Cloud. You will support implementations for clients of all sizes across industries and mentor junior colleagues.

You will lead design sessions, configure models, and document reporting while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client communication. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Financial and/or management accounting experience, including budgeting, planning and management reporting.
• Designing and building complex financial planning models with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency and certification.
• Contribute to client implementation projects across all phases of Adaptive Planning.
• Understand clients' current planning processes and move legacy models into Adaptive Planning.
• Recommend best solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe.
• Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
• Develop and configure forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning.
• Assist in planning and delivering training sessions for users.
• Document planning models and reporting delivered to clients.
• Ensure time-to-value by delivering engagements on time and within budget.
• Provide regular, concise updates to clients and support overall client success.
• Share learnings and problem solving with colleagues.
