Job summary

Kainos is looking for a Workday Financial Reporting and Accounting Lead to drive reporting and analytics projects for our global customer base. You will lead a project workstream, configure reports, and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

You’ll build strong client relationships, provide expert guidance, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering high-quality work in a remote, international delivery model.

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting certification is required.
• Workday Advanced Reporting certification is required.
• Experience with Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reporting is essential.
• Solid understanding of Workday products (HCM/Payroll/Financials) and related capabilities.
• Strong customer orientation, with advisory experience and ability to communicate credibly is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday reporting and analytics projects for customers.
• Configure and deliver enterprise-scale Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to align solutions with business needs.
• Guide and support junior team members on project delivery.
• Travel to customer sites within the region as needed and coordinate with global teams.
