Job summary

Kainos is hiring a Workday AMS Adaptive Planning Consultant to support clients with budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, quotas, and reporting in Adaptive Planning Cloud. You’ll work in delivery teams, mentoring junior members and helping implement solutions for various industries.

The role emphasizes collaboration, travel to customer sites in the region, and delivering engagements on time and within budget. Strong communication and finance modelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, planning and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial models.
• Experience implementing an EPM system (Adaptive Planning, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Adaptive Planning and stay proficient with the suite.
• Contribute to client implementations across project phases.
• Understand client planning processes and migrate legacy models to Adaptive Planning.
• Lead workshops, guide design sessions, and configure models.
• Develop forecasting and planning models to meet client needs.
• Deliver training sessions and document models and reports.
• Maintain clear client communications and manage expectations.
