CapsLock is seeking an AI Video Editor Team Lead in Poland to guide a 3–7 person AI editing team, automate workflows, and ensure high-quality, on-time video production. You will drive AI-driven processes, maintain strict QC, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in video production, strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and a passion for AI integration to scale creative output while aligning with business goals.
