Job summary

SE Ranking is hiring a Website Lead to own all web properties, lead the in-house web team, and drive fast, reliable live changes across multilingual sites. You’ll shape roadmaps, manage external partners, and push CRO with data-driven decisions in a remote-first, globally distributed setup.

You will work closely with marketing, content, design, SEO, and country teams to translate strategy into a scalable web platform and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing sites with 2+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS; able to read code and troubleshoot simple JS.
• Led sprint planning, prioritisation, and release processes.
• Strong WordPress knowledge in multisite CMS environments.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows and automations.
• Proven CRO and A/B testing experience with actionable results.
• Solid web analytics knowledge (GA4, GTM, Amplitude or similar).
• Commercial mindset with understanding of demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Own our web properties end to end, including roadmap and quality bar.
• Manage multiple websites and language versions with shared templates.
• Lead the in-house web team; set priorities and run sprint planning.
• Oversee external partners: contractors, agencies, budgets, timelines.
• Build release processes for fast, reliable going-live cycles.
• Automate workflows with AI to speed up processes.
• Drive CRO across websites using analytics and experiments.
• Translate strategy into site structure, messaging, journeys, and tech needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, SEO, and country teams.
