Job summary

RubyPlay is seeking a Creative Designer to shape and produce marketing creative across digital channels from Warsaw-based, remote-friendly settings. The role combines visual thinking, motion design, video editing and AI-enabled production to strengthen the brand and support communications goals.

You will craft strong concepts, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with Marketing, Content, PR and HR to deliver high-quality content for social, web, email and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design, motion design and video editing within marketing or creative environments.
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling across static and motion content.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for design, image generation and video production.
• Excellent typography, composition and branding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts translating marketing objectives into distinctive visual communication.
• Own projects from brief and ideation through production to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve RubyPlay’s visual content and formats.
• Create cohesive content for social, video, motion, web and email.
• Apply social-first mindset; adapt content for audiences and platforms.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed ideation while maintaining quality.
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute new creative direction.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, PR, HR and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects independently and meet tight timelines.
